Annette is a National Notary Association Certified Signing Agent and a member of the National Notary Association, the American Association of Notaries, Notary Rotary, Notary Cafe, and 123Notary. Annette has been a Texas Notary Public for 24 years, obtaining her original Notary Commission in 1994

Annette has over 14 years experience in a Health Systems Risk Management Department, including four years as the Risk Manager and Local Compliance Officer for a local hospital. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management, and obtained her certification from the American Hospital Association in 2007. She is a member of the American Society of Heathcare Risk Management.

Annette has over 10 years experience as a litigation paralegal, and combined with her Risk Management experience has been working with the legal community for over 24 years.

Allen retired from the U.S. Army with 20 years of serivce. He obtained a B.B.A in Business Management, Accounting from Tarleton University (now A&M). He is licensed by the State of Texas as a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the Texas Society of CPA’s. Allen worked for a local public accounting firm for several years before accepting a position as the
CFO of a local private company.
